Cristiano Ronaldo Breaks Record: One of greatest soccer players of all time, Cristiano Ronaldo, has launched his own YouTube channel. Ronaldo is already an influential figure and has a massive following on social media.

His new channel, tilted ‘UR’, went live on Wednesday, August 21. Within 90 minutes of the launch, the channel smashed records, surpassing 1 million subscribers. This is the fastest a YouTube channel has hit the milestone, Forbes reported. In just four hours, it had reached an incredible 5 million subscribers.

At the time of writing this article, the channel has over 13 million subscribers and has 13 videos.

Through his channel, Ronaldo promised to offer fans an exclusive glimpse into his life. The videos feature content that goes beyond football. 

Some of the videos present on the newly-launched channel are titles, ‘Nadal or Djokovic? Box or UFC? NBA or NFL? These are my passions!’, ‘You will know the real Cristiano and Georgina’, and ‘This is how I overcome adversity in life’.

Launching the channel, Ronaldo had said, “I have always enjoyed having such a strong relationship with fans on social media and my YouTube channel will give me an even bigger platform to do so and they will learn more about me, my family, and my views on many different subjects.”
