As unbelievable as it may sound, LeBron James once owned two properties in the same neighborhood. This mansion, purchased in 2017, is far larger than the one he sold in 2021. James spent $23 мιIIιоn on the 15,846-square-foot mansion, which includes an elevator, a home theater, and a custom kitchen. There are also eight bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a gym, a spa, a steam room, a movie room, a wine cellar, and an onyx bar on the estate. Mansion in Beverly Hills
