Discover the LA Lakers star’s astounding $103 million real estate holdings – LeBron James

Now officially the highest-paid player in the NBA, Lebron James made history last year when he reportedly inked a two-year, $97.1 мιIIιоn contract deal with the Los Angeles Lakers, making him the league’s all-time top scorer. It’s no surprise that James’s ability to buy any type of real estate in the world.

LeBron has invested a portion of his wealth in real estate over the years, and he and his family—wife Savannah James and their three children—have amassed an impressive property portfolio valued at $103.9 мιIIιоn. Here are a few of his incredible residences, both past and present.

Mansion in Brentwood

As unbelievable as it may sound, LeBron James once owned two properties in the same neighborhood. This mansion, purchased in 2017, is far larger than the one he sold in 2021. James spent $23 мιIIιоn on the 15,846-square-foot mansion, which includes an elevator, a home theater, and a custom kitchen. There are also eight bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, a gym, a spa, a steam room, a movie room, a wine cellar, and an onyx bar on the estate. Outside, there’s also a pool and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue for when James has friends and teammates around.

Mansion in Beverly Hills

LeBron’s most recent home buy was in 2020 when he paid $36.8 мιIIιоn for a massive 13,000-square-foot Beverly Hills property comprised of at least four constructions. The house was formerly owned by Katharine Hepburn, but LeBron purchased it from its most recent owners, Bill and Lee Phillip Bell, co-creators of the serial operas The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless.

The Mediterranean-style home, built in the 1930s, with breathtaking views of Los Angeles and 2.5 acres of property. It also features four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, high ceilings, a screening room, seven fireplaces, and complete walls of glass sliders for ideal indoor-outdoor flow. A lighted tennis court, two detached guest homes, a huge swimming pool, and a pool house with two baths are located outside.

Mansion in Ohio

LeBron’s first major real estate purchase was in 2003 when he signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers. LeBron James went house hunting as soon as he learned he would be staying in his hometown. With his rookie contract, he had to be a little picky. He paid $2.1 мιIIιоn for a Bath Township property just northwest of Akron and has since erected a 30,000-square-foot mansion on the seven-acre plot.

The vast property features six bedrooms, eight baths, and six half bathrooms, with the master suite boasting a two-story walk-in closet. There is a two-lane bowling alley, a home theater, and a sports bar for entertainment, as well as a recording studio, an aquarium, and a barbershop. The mansion is now valued at $9.2 мιIIιоn.
