We were thrilled to host a special guest today: the Golden State Warriors’ Kevin Durant! He came to visit one of our transitional housing programs and hand out gifts. Huge thanks to our friends at Alaska Airlines for introducing us to KD and making this day happen!
Needless to say, both the young people and our staff were thrilled to meet this basketball superstar! He took a tour of the site, and after handing out gifts, graciously posed for dozens of photos. We so appreciate KD taking the time to visit Larkin Street and learn more about our work, as well as bringing so many awesome presents for the young people!
