On March 20th, Bronny James was presented with his McDonald’s All-American Game jersey at his prestigious Sierra Canyon High School in Los Angeles, CA. Needless to say that his father was nothing less than proud of his son on his latest accomplishment, saying that is was “pretty cool” and that he and the rest of the James family were all “very proud”.
“It’s always good to see the kids accomplish a dream of theirs,” LeBron James said in a recent interview in regards to Bronny’s latest accomplishment. “For myself and Savannah and Bryce, we’re very proud of Bronny for all of the things that he’s done and today’s another one of those moments.”
The McDonald’s All-American Game is the most prestigious high school basketball honor for any high school senior to participate in. This year, Bronny will take the court in Houston, TX at the Toyota Center on March 28th alongside the country’s top high school seniors, during the March Madness 2023 festivities.
This particular honor for James’ son may also bring back special memories for the Los Angeles Laker as LeBron himself participated in the game in 2003.
According to 247Sports, Bronny is the number 34th recruit and eighth-best combo guard on the high school court.
Congratulations Bronny! We definitely cannot wait to see highlights from the game in Houston! We have no doubt that you are going to handle the ball like a seasoned pro!
