LeBron James owns three enormous mansions in Los Angeles in addition to his $100 million worth of real estate holdings in Ohio, Miami, Brentwood, and Beverly Hills

Los Angeles Lakers All-Star LeBron James has solidified his status as the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, further strengthening his position in the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) debate. Alongside his remarkable basketball career, James has amassed a significant real estate portfolio valued at $100 million, reflecting his success on the court with a collection of exquisite mansions in and around Los Angeles.

Since joining the Lakers in 2018, James, now 38, has continued to make an impact on every team he’s been a part of, transitioning from the Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat. His luxurious residences provide a lavish retreat after his intense games. In Los Angeles, James has expanded his real estate holdings with two stunning properties: one in Brentwood and another in Beverly Hills.

The James family, which includes his wife Savannah and their children, often shares charming photos from their homes on social media. James’s portfolio includes:

Beverly Hills Mansion: Purchased for $37 million in late 2020, this 13,000-square-foot estate offers panoramic views of Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean. It includes four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a tennis court, a movie theater, and a pool house, epitomizing luxury living.

Brentwood Mansion: His $23 million home in Brentwood, acquired in 2017, spans 16,000 square feet and features eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a home theater, wine cellar, and spa. This residence has become famous for its role in James’s recruitment meetings.

Brentwood Property (Previous): James first entered LA real estate in 2015 with a $21 million mansion in Brentwood. This property, with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a swimming pool, and a basketball court, was sold for $19.6 million in 2021.

Miami Mansion: During his stint with the Miami Heat, James lived in a $9 million mansion featuring five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a home theater, wine cellar, and outdoor pool. This property was sold for $13.4 million in 2015.

Ohio Mansion: James’s $9 million mansion in Bath Township, Ohio, spans 30,000 square feet and includes six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a recording studio, a bowling alley, and a sports bar. Located about 15 miles from Downtown Akron, this home reflects James’s deep ties to his hometown.

With career earnings projected to approach $530 million by 2025 and a net worth exceeding $1 billion, LeBron James’s impressive real estate holdings are a testament to his success and wealth.
