The “earth-shattering” battle between the two most dangerous animals in Africa

Family is the only thing that exists, everything else, whether it exists or not, is not important. To protect your family, regardless of whether it is human or animal, even if it means shedding blood, there is no regret.

Africa, also known as the black continent, is the hottest and driest continent in the world. Due to its location on the equator, where the sun shines the most, Africa has become one of the harshest continents.

Not only that, this place is not favored by Mother Earth with wide rivers, green fields, fertile land and is home to many wild animals, spread across deserts, grasslands, large valleys and dense forests.

This barren, harsh land has produced some of the largest, most ferocious and dangerous animals on the planet, including lions, leopards, rhinoceroses, elephants, hippos and buffalo.

The African elephant, the largest land animal, possesses absolute strength and has almost no enemies. Its gentle nature and large body help African elephants avoid danger from predators in the wild. They have overwhelming strength that makes any species fear them.

However, just like any social form, there are good people and bad people, so is the world of elephants, there are gentle elephants and bad elephants. Once an elephant loses its natural calm, it can become extremely ferocious, like in the story below.

Photographer Quintus Strauss, while visiting the Erindi Wildlife Sanctuary in Namibia, happened to see a newborn hippo playing with its mother in the waterfall area and stopped to take a photo.

First the elephant saw the hippo playing.

A few minutes later, Mr. Strauss suddenly heard a roar, and then an angry African elephant appeared and charged straight towards the area where the baby hippo was playing.

However, not understanding what made it angry, it rushed to attack the poor child.

Madness had blinded the elephant, even though the opponent was just a small creature, completely incapable of causing harm, it still rushed forward to attack, even bowing its head to use its tusks to attack.

Use extremely vicious moves against children.

Fortunately, the mother hippo was very close to the scene and was able to arrive in time to rescue her. It rushed towards its enemy at breakneck speed, then opened its wide mouth and sharp teeth to attack the elephant.

Hearing her child’s cry for help, the mother hippo “madly” charged at the attacking elephant to save it.

After a struggle between the two largest and most dangerous animals in Africa, the power of motherly love won, the hippo successfully protected its “blood”, while the elephant suffered some injuries to its trunk. Perhaps it was bitten by the hippo.

Don’t worry, even if the sky falls, I’ll still be here to protect you.

Finally, the stranger was chased away to return the peaceful scene for the mother and baby hippos to continue soaking in the cool water.
